Information Regarding Our Answering Service

To ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to have their questions addressed, kindly reserve calls during non-office hours for urgent matters that cannot wait until office re-opens. If you have urgent questions and need to contact a doctor on call, please call any of our 5 locations and the office recording will give you the number to answering service. Please be prepared to provide your name, patient’s name and date of birth, reason for a call and your phone number. If, for some reason, you do not receive a call within 30 minutes, please call us again. Please keep your phone handy and answer when called back. Some doctors may dial back from an "unknown" or "blocked" number.

PLEASE NOTE: All calls to the answering services that are sent to on-call physician are subject to $15.00 fee.
