Naheed Rahman, MD, F.A.A.P., is the founding physician of Steeplechase Pediatric Center. She completed her pediatric studies at Tulane Medical School and did two additional years of fellowship in pediatric nephrology. Dr. Rahman is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been in private practice in the Houston area for over 35 years. Dr. Rahman is married, and has 3 adult children, all following in their mother's footsteps, becoming physicians. Dr. Rahman loves to cook, enjoys gardening, and takes great pleasure in taking care of her grandchildren. She is well versed in all aspects of pediatric care from newborn to eighteen years of age, and she especially enjoys seeing second generation patients. She speaks Hindi and Urdu. At this time Dr. Rahman sees patients at our Cypress – Skinner location.
