Dr. Manju Sachdev, M.D., FAAP, is a Board-Certified Pediatrician with over 25 years of experience in treating various childhood illnesses. She received her medical degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada and completed her pediatric residency at Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in Chicago, IL. She currently resides in both Victoria and Richmond, TX.
Dr. Sachdev joined the Steeplechase Pediatrics family a year ago and provides coverage for the new Aliana location. She also serves as the Medical Director for Driscoll Children’s Hospital Quick Care Victoria Clinic and has played an integral role in designing the new pediatric program for Texas A&M’s Family Medicine Residency Program in Victoria.
Dr. Sachdev is a dynamic public speaker and a former television host, with a passion for local and national entertainment as well as health-based events.
As a lifelong performer, Dr. Sachdev is trained in Indian classical dance, and has showcased her dance style nationwide while also placing in the top ten finalists for the Mrs. Texas-America pageant in 2004.
Dr. Sachdev actively participates in several community charitable works, focusing especially on animal rescue and welfare projects, as well as helping to support the American Veterans Association. She is the proud wife of Dr. Harish Chandna, an interventional cardiologist, and the mother of two beautiful daughters, Megha and Neha.
Dr. Sachdev loves spending most of her free time traveling and taking care of her adorably handsome 11 years old cat, “Skittles”.
